How to request deletion

1. Send an email to elfionmobi@gmail.com (or hello@getexpressionmax.com)
2. Use subject line: Delete Account — ExpressionMax
3. Include if you have them:
   • Platform (Android / iOS)
   • Approximate first-use date
   • The Google Play / App Store email you used for purchases (if any)

Email deletion request

In the app

You can clear local scan history and preferences from ExpressionMax: Settings → Reset local data. That removes on-device data but does not by itself erase every server-side record tied to your user ID. Use this page (or email) for a full account deletion request when cloud sync / account features are enabled.

What we delete

• Your ExpressionMax account / anonymous user ID (when cloud auth is active)
• Profile and onboarding preferences stored for that account
• Scan / score history, workout plans, and streak data tied to that account
• Opt-in progress photos stored for that account
• Server-side subscription entitlement row for that user (store billing is separate—see below)

What may be retained

• Limited subscription / purchase records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (we do not store your full payment card number)
• Support email correspondence as needed to complete your request

Canceling an ExpressionMax Pro subscription is managed in Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your ExpressionMax account does not by itself cancel store billing.

Timing

We typically acknowledge requests within 24–72 hours and complete deletion within a reasonable period (and as required by applicable law).
