How to request deletion

1. Send an email to elfionmobi@gmail.com
2. Use subject line: Delete Account — Lirra
3. Include if you have them:
   • Platform (Android / iOS)
   • Approximate first-use date
   • The Google Play / App Store email you used for purchases (if any)

Email deletion request

In the app

You can also delete from Lirra: Settings → Delete account. That starts server deletion (best effort), signs you out, cancels local wake reminders, and clears local preferences.

What we delete

• Your Lirra account / anonymous user ID
• Profile and onboarding preferences stored for that account
• Ritual day records, Calm Score history, and streak data tied to that account
• Server-side subscription entitlement row for that user (store billing is separate—see below)

What may be retained

• Limited subscription / purchase records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (we do not store your full payment card number)
• Support email correspondence as needed to complete your request

Canceling a Lirra Pro subscription is managed in Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your Lirra account does not by itself cancel store billing.

Timing

We typically acknowledge requests within 24–72 hours and complete deletion within a reasonable period (and as required by applicable law).
