These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ourlit (package identifier mobi.elfion.ourlit), published by Elfion Mobile (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Ourlit (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Ourlit helps you create personal home-screen widgets—countdowns, days-since, photo moments, quotes, progress, and similar layouts—using curated types/styles and an optional text-to-widget AI suggest feature. Optional Ourlit Pro unlocks higher AI quotas and other paid features described in the App.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.
You must meet the minimum age required by your app store and applicable law. By using Ourlit you represent that you meet those requirements and have capacity to enter these Terms.
Ourlit does not require a username/password account to create widgets. Content is stored on your device (and iOS App Group for widgets). You are responsible for content you add (including photos and text) and for keeping your device secure.
You may use Ourlit for personal, lawful purposes on a device you own or are authorized to use. You agree not to:
AI suggestions: Optional AI output is assistive only. Layout math and dates are computed by the App’s engine; you should review widgets before pinning them to your home screen. We do not guarantee that every prompt will produce a perfect or supported design.
You retain rights in photos and text you provide. You grant us a limited license to process prompt text on our servers solely to provide AI suggest when you use that feature, as described in the Privacy Policy. Widget photos stay on device and are not uploaded for AI.
Paid features are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, renewal periods, and any free trial are shown at purchase. Manage or cancel auto-renewal in your store account settings. Restore purchases with the in-app restore control when available.
Refunds follow the store’s policies. We do not process your full payment card details. Uninstalling the App does not by itself cancel store billing—cancel the subscription in the store if needed.
Ourlit—including software, branding, layouts, and design system—is owned by Elfion Mobile or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use of the App as permitted here.
The App may rely on Cloudflare (API / AI), RevenueCat (entitlements), and Apple/Google (distribution and billing). Their terms also apply where relevant. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, except as required by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT AI SUGGESTIONS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELFION MOBILE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR OURLIT PRO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You may stop using Ourlit at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
Unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Elfion Mobile’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to your mandatory local consumer rights.
